The discussion focuses on the challenges exiled journalists and human rights defenders encounter when navigating the German migration system and interacting with German human rights organisations and the media landscape. We will examine how social inequalities\, structural racism\, and other discriminatory policies shape access to society\, covering topics such as visas\, work permits\, employment\, cooperation opportunities\, institutional support and protection from transnational repression.
