Über zweieinhalb Jahrzehnte hat der Kreml unter Putin seinen Einfluss und seine Netzwerke im Westen ausgebaut. Immer wieder treffen sich AfD-Politiker heimlich mit russischen Vertretern und profitieren aus den Kassen des Kremls. Ebenso wie das BSW nähern sie sich ideologisch Russland\, verbreiten dessen Propaganda und vertreten prorussische Positionen. \nDas gemeinwohlorientierte Medienhaus CORRECTIV recherchiert seit zehn Jahren zu den russischen Aktivitäten. 2014 deckten CORRECTIV-Reporter die Verantwortung Putins für den Abschuss der Passagiermaschine MH17 auf\, bei dem 298 Menschen starben. Sie machten das Lobbynetzwerk des russischen Staatskonzern Gazprom bis tief in die deutsche Politik publik und rekonstruierten anhand alter Stasi-Akten die KGB-Tage des russischen Präsidenten in Dresden. Immer wieder haben sie Desinformationskampagnen aufgedeckt\, mit denen der Kreml nachweislich versucht\, unsere Gesellschaft zu spalten und die Demokratie zu untergraben. \nDarüber wollen CORRECTIV-Journalistinnen und Journalisten mit den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern vor Ort diskutieren.
