    Cardboard is a documentary film about protest memory in contemporary Moscow. After the start of the full-scale war, metal memorial plaques commemorating victims of Stalinist repression began disappearing from the facades of residential buildings.     How are Ukrainian men forcibly mobilised into Russia’s army? What does everyday life look like for queer people under occupation? What risks do Ukrainians face when attempting to flee? And how do occupying authorities attempt to erase the national identity of Ukrainian children?
